Kesha White-Williams

Councilwoman Kesha White-Williams serves the City of Hampton with a strong professional foundation and a deep commitment to family and community. She brings extensive experience in real estate and construction, offering practical insight into development, housing, and infrastructure issues impacting the city.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Language, which complements her work in governance through clear communication, thoughtful analysis, and policy leadership. Councilwoman White-Williams currently serves as Chair of the Hampton Downtown Development Authority and is a board member of the Urban Redevelopment Agency, the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing, and the Main Street Alliance Board, where she actively supports strategic growth, revitalization, and long-term community sustainability. As a small business owner, she has firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities faced by local entrepreneurs and understands the critical role that strategic economic development, strong partnerships, and intentional community support play in building a resilient and thriving local economy.

Kesha is married to her husband, Darrell, and is a proud mother to four children: A’Vasse, Kaelei, Kardynn, and Kayson. Outside of her civic and professional responsibilities, she enjoys cooking, baking and hosting; passions that reflect her love for bringing people together and creating meaningful moments at home and in the community.
