After 18 years of serving the City of Hampton on our Police Department, Officer Milby has decided to retire! We would like to invite you to a drop in celebration on August 16, 2017 from 12pm - 2pm at City Hall. Please join her City of Hampton family in telling her how much she is appreciated and loved for all she has done. Please make plans to stop in and give her your thanks for all the years of service to this community.
